Converting m3/h to CFM (Cubic Meters per Hour or CMH to Cubic Feet per Minute) is easy. You can do it with a hand calculator, but who uses those nowadays? To simplify the conversion, we created an online m3/h to CFM calculator (just input m3/h, get CFM).

That MA-112 above can produce 950 m3/h airflow. How many m3/h is that? We just insert ‘950’ in the m3/h input field, and get this result (screenshot):

m3/h To CFM Formula
With m3/h, we are dealing with cubic meters (m3) and hours (h). With CFM, we are dealing with cubic feet (ft3) and minutes. If we do some basic unit conversion math, we come to this result:
1 m3/h = 0.5886 CFM
Basically, 1 cubic meter per hour is equal to 0.5886 CFM (about half CFM). We can convert any m3/h to CFM using the formula:
CFM = m3/h × 0.5886
Quick Example: How to convert 100 m3/h to CFM? Just input 100 m3/h in the equation like this (with the result):
CFM = 100 m3/h × 0.5886 = 58.86 CFM
We see that 100 m3/h is equivalent to 58.86 CFM.
